My Two-factor authentication

We take security seriously and so, we have implemented a new security measure for our Hotel Extranet. Every time you access your Hotel Extranet, you will need a one-time code (OTC) which will be sent via email. This code will be valid for 10 minutes.

This is how it works:

Login to our Hotel Extranet
You will be prompted to provide an additional OTC.
Go to your Inbox
We will send you the OTC to the email address associated to your user.
Copy and paste your code
Note that the code is valid for 10 minutes.

How long doest the activation code last?

Your activation code will be valid for 10 minutes since you receive it. Shall your code expired please request a new one by login to Maxiroom again.

My Portal Partner session expires

Your one-time code lasts for 3 hours after inserting the one-time code (OTC). However, we recommend logging out at the end of your session. After 30 minutes of inactivity, the session expires. 

How many times can I use my code?

The one-time code is only available for logging in once. Each time you log in, a new code will be emailed to you . 

Can I have simultaneous sessions opened?

No, one code is allowed per session, and more than one screen cannot be open at the same time . 

My one-time code does not work

Have you logged in within 10 minutes of receiving the one-time code via email? If not, please try logging in again to receive a new one-time code. If yes, ensure that 'maxiroom@hotelbeds.com' is whitelisted by adding it to your address book. 

Can I forward my one-time code to a colleague?

Due to security reasons, we strongly recommend that you do not do it. A unique email address should be assigned to each user. 

I cannot copy my one-time code

Some companies does not allow this functionality. We suggest you write down the 12 digits and manually type them. 

I have not received my one-time code

In this case, please whitelist 'maxiroom@hotelbeds.com' and make sure it is not in the spam folder. Should you need further assistance, please contact your Contract Manager.

How can I whitelist an email address

By adding "maxiroom@hotelbeds.com" email address to your address book.

Click on "Forgot your password", insert your user name and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a reset link. If you don't remember your username, please contact your Contract Manager.
