Monthly Promotions
Every month, we release 3 brand-new offers specifically designed to capture guest attention and boost bookings. These campaigns are listed on your Portal Partner home page.
To take part in any of the campaigns, simply click on the "Join Campaign" button of the campaign that better suits you and follow the instructions:

Promotions help you capture the attention of potential travellers and keep them booking with you. Explore our variety of offers and create your own custom promotion.
Last Minute
Your rate will be discounted when a guest books close to the check-in date. For example: book within 2 days of check-in and get 15% off.
Opaque
A discounted rate for when a guest books a room packaged with another travel product. Your rate won’t be shown separately but as a final package price. For example: ‘Book flight+hotel’ will grant 10% off your accommodation.
Long Stay
A discounted rate for when the guest books more than a certain number of nights.
For example: book 3 nights and get 10% off your stay.
Early Booking
A discounted rate for when the guest books a certain number of days in advance prior to the check-in. For example: Book 30 days in advance and get 20% off your stay.
Free Nights
Guests will get one or more free room nights when they book a minimum number of room nights. For example: book 5 nights and get 1 for free.
Turbo Early Booking
Your rate will be discounted when the guest books a certain number of days in advance and for a minimum number of nights.
For example: Book 30 days in advance and for a stay of 3 nights or more to get 15% off.
Special Discount
A discounted rate for when the guest books the dates you set. For example: Book now your room for the Easter holidays and get 20% off your stay.
Insert your conditions
Specify your discount (%), how many days in advance the offer applies, if it applies per night or stay, etc.
Click on Create new offer
Find it in the Inventory tab.
Choose your offer type
Check all offer types at "Understanding our offers variety"
Customize your offer
Choose the dates of stay, the booking window, the weekly days the offer will apply to, and room and rate types.

Define a combination
Choose to combine or not with other offers that might have already loaded before.
Marketing Campaigns
Every year, at Hotelbeds we run several global and regional campaigns to give you access to a wide range of retail and wholesale customers worldwide that are not accessible through traditional B2C channels. Some examples of campaigns include New Year, Black Friday, Early Booking Summer, long-haul campaigns, and other campaigns to promote specific territories, such as China.
