The most popular day for booking hotels is Tuesday. Whether it's the post-booking weekend reflection or midweek planning, Tuesday emerges as the day when many travellers decide to secure their accommodations.
All the bookings you receive from Hotelbeds Group are 100% confirmed by default as we work on a sell-and-report basis.
If you are connected to a Channel Manager or via Integration, you can check your booking on the corresponding platform as it is synchronised in real time. If not, login to our Hotel Extranet and follow the steps below:
Depending on your contract agreement, you might have different payment methods: via Virtual Credit Card or via bank transfer. Please refer to the Payments section to get the specific instructions.
If you are not sure about the contract agreement, you can check it by going to the Inventory section, click on Rate List, click on the Printer button on the corresponding rate, and download a PDF of the contract agreement of that rate.

Please note that you can only view bookings with a check-out date of up to one year in the past.
Your internal booking reference may be different from ours. To make sure that both, you and your final guest, have the same booking reference, choose the option that better suits to you and follow these easy steps:

You also can email us at reconfirmations@hotelbeds.com informing Hotelbeds Reference + your internal confirmation number, and we will also process it automatically on your behalf.

Last-minute bookings are increasing! Check your inbox regularly and make sure your email address and contact details are updated so you don't miss any. If you need to update your contact details, you can do it through your User Maintenance page:
